The Aux Changelog - Latest Features as of 12 January 2022

Happy New Year! (a bit late?). Well, while recovering from our home-holiday-celebrations, the Aux Team has been super busy working through our list of bugs and features to set up for a full year of exciting feature releases to come.

Before we dive in, remember that we're building Aux for you! You can contribute to the product in two ways; you can submit features ideas directly to our public roadmap and email your thoughts questions and ideas directly to the Aux team.

Here's a rundown of the fixes and features in the last two weeks, starting off as we mean to go on:

Feed

  • The project feed now shows in reverse chronological order and scrolls smoothly.

Projects

  • Project sub folders now appear as normal folders.
  • You can now archive and permanently delete files from within the project files section.
  • The Project feed now shows when you joined the project and when files were added.

Files

  • Added a clear title “Archived Files” to make it clear when you’re in the archive section.
  • It's now easier to add files to a project right from the files section with the new modal:
  • Icons! We worked through the app to make file management more clear with nice clear new icons everywhere:

Contacts

  • We fixed the profile icons for contacts (we really did it this time!).

Guide/Profiles

  • You can now filter by multiple tags in the guide to help discover the 300+ business contacts in the Aux Guide.
  • Made it harder to accidentally disconnect from a contact by making the disconnect button visually distinct from the connect button.
  • Added the bio, location and tags to your profile page.

Account

  • Fixed a bug where you would appear to be logged into the app but you were not able to interact with it.
  • We have shiny new login and signup pages that let us highlight new and interesting features of the app to you next time you log in:

Other Bits

  • The homepage links to the Music Creator and Music Industry pages are now hooked up.
  • The “Get Started” form across the site now links directly to the sign up page to make it easier to sign up.
